What I do at IBM Security

UX Consumability Program Lead:

I help implement a unified experience that delights our users with an integrated, cross-domain environment to address security needs. Committed to embedding security and privacy into the design of our products and services with a focus on unification, optimization, and automation. I manage an international team of designers in an agile environment.

• I sit across multiple initiatives and products, leading a team of 14 designers. I facilitate cross-product unification within IBM Security Design Services and lead many initiatives. I evangelize a clear vision of best-in-class designs with a solid understanding of user experience design principles. Addressing complex design problems and providing sound solutions to improve the user experience and user interface.

• Managed Security Services offering monitoring, management and response to threats, risks and compliance requirements. Partnering globally with local delivery capabilities to secure hybrid multicloud environments and help our partners navigate complex regulatory requirements. (MSS feeds into Security as a Service.)
  

• Security as a Service a business model in which IBM delivers security outcomes to customers “as a Service” provider. Empowering customers to discover, learn, buy, and engage with IBM to safeguard their critical business security needs.
  

• Cloud Pack for Security is for enterprise security teams to gain insight into the threats and risks affecting their business. Security teams can integrate with their current security software and data, no matter where it resides, and do their job with automation, in minutes instead of hours.
